Receiving a SIPRelay call
SIPRelay wants to help you tell all your hearing friends, family, and associates about the new way to contact you, so we’ve created an easy way for you to spread the word.
SIPRelay Messages
When you aren’t able to answer a SIPRelay call, you can receive a message from the hearing caller or a notification that you missed a call. You’ll always know when someone is trying to reach you because messages and notifications will be sent to the email address you registered with mySorenson. This new feature will go into effect automatically if you confirmed your email address when you registered with mySorenson. If you didn’t confirm your email, please VP our Customer Information Group at 801-386-8500 to have the message resent to you. You can update your email address and check your settings by logging in to mysorenson.com.
Tell your friends!
Just fill in your name and email address, your friends’ e-mail address, and your local 10-digit number. An email will automatically be sent to your friend telling them how to contact you through SIPRelay.
