Pop-up Menus for the BlackBerry 7200 Series

This section describes the different pop-up menus and their features.

The Dial Screen

The Dial Help screens depend on where the cursor is when the Trackball is pressed. Because a number has not been selected the "SIPRelay" option is not available. The Dial Field Table will describe the selection of this menu.

Description

Dial Help

Launches a pop-up window that informs you that IP Relay requires a ten (10) digit phone number and that SIPRelay does not process international calls.


 

Find

Launches the Find Screen. The Find screen allows you to quickly sort and find contacts.

 

Options

Launches the Options screen. The Options screen allows you to set options for how you will communicate with the Communications Assistant (CA).

 

Help

Launches the Help screen. This provides Instructions, access to Frequently Asked Questions and how to Technical Support.

Close

Selecting Close from this menu will close the SIPRelay Mobile application.

 

The Previously Called Number Pop-Up

There is a different pop-up menu if a previously dialed number is selected. The Previously Called Number Table will describe the selection of this menu.

Menu Option

Description

Delete all

Deletes all previously called numbers.

Delete entry

Deletes the selected previously called numbers.

SIPRelay

Calls the contact using SIPRelay. If you have different numbers assigned to the contact they will be displayed with a letter in parentheses to distinguish them. For example (H) for home, (M) for mobile and (W) for work.

Find

Launches the Find Screen. The Find screen allows you to quickly sort and find contacts.

Options

Launches the Options screen. The Options screen allows you to set options for how you will communicate with the Communications Assistant (CA).

Help

Launches the Help screen. This provides Instructions, access to Frequently Asked Questions and how to Technical Support.

Close

Selecting Close from this menu will close SIPRelay.

This pop-up appears if the Trackwheel is pressed when the cursor is in the check boxes. Selecting this option will either select or clear the check box that is highlighted.
