10-Digit Local Numbers

Hearing people can reach you with one number, even when you are away from the videophone you use. It's easy—there are no extensions or screen names to give out.

After November 12, 2009, all customers must be registered with an IP Relay provider to continue using IP Relay services. After this deadline, hearing people will no longer be able to call you by providing the Communications Assistant with your AIM Screen Name, they must dial your local 10-digit or toll-free number.

You can register and get a local 10-digit number to use with SIPRelay by signing up at www.mysorenson.com or sending "Register" to your SIPRelay AIM buddy.
